NATO chief says Pakistan terror sanctuaries not acceptable(AFP)

NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer addresses a joint press conference with unseen Afghan President Hamid Karzai at the Presidential Palace in Kabul. The existence of extremist sanctuaries is unacceptable and Pakistan should be part of aAFP - The NATO chief called Thursday for Pakistan to be more involved in tackling extremist bases on its soil, as Afghanistan was hit by new attacks with at least 34 Taliban bodies found after one battle.
